- Headcount: Provide us with an accurate headcount 3 days before your trip. This helps ensure a seamless experience.
- Deposit and Balance: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking, applied to your total. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior.
- Pick-Up Area: ATX Tours offers a door-to-door service. If you’re within 15 minutes of JW Marriott Austin, there are no additional charges for pickup. A small fee may apply for extended distances.

Add a meal stop for a small surcharge based on your vehicle type and additional hours.
